Accessibility statement
Using this website
This website is run by TundeOlat. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen or content being cut off
- use the whole site with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are
- skip past the menu straight to the main content
- pause anything that moves on its own, including the rotating job titles and the testimonials carousel
- turn animations off by switching on the ‘reduce motion’ setting on your device
- change colours, text size and spacing in your browser without losing content
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is the same standard the Government Digital Service (GDS) sets for GOV.UK services. As a private website we are not covered by the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018, but we follow the GDS accessibility guidance where it applies to a site of this kind, and this statement is based on the GDS model.
Known limitations
We know some parts of this website are not as accessible as they could be:
- On desktop computers the mouse pointer is replaced by a custom pointer. If you use an enlarged or high-visibility pointer set on your device, it will not show on this site.
Other websites we link to
- Tools listed on the Resources page, such as the Wales Scorecard, are separate websites. Each is tested on its own.
- The AI assistant at chat.tundeolat.cloud is a separate service and is not covered by this statement.
Feedback and contact information
If you find a problem we have not listed, or you need information from this website in a different format, email olatjohnsonolat@outlook.com. Tell us the web address of the page, what the problem is and what device and software you were using. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
How we tested this website
We last tested every page of this website on 3 November 2026, on desktop and mobile screen sizes. We used the axe-core automated checker and checked by hand for keyboard access, visible focus, layout at 320 pixels wide, text spacing, colour contrast and motion.
We also went through every page with a virtual screen reader, which reads out the page the way NVDA or VoiceOver would. We fixed the problems it found, including article titles that were not marked as headings, links that did not say where they lead, and emoji and symbols that were read aloud.
On 3 November 2026 we tested the site with the VoiceOver screen reader on a Mac, using Safari. We worked through 13 checks across this site and our sister site, covering headings, links, menus, moving content, forms and controls. We fixed the problems it found: the main heading on the home page, which VoiceOver skipped, and the service enquiry links, which could be read in two parts.
Compliance status
We believe this website meets WCAG 2.2 level AA, apart from the known limitations listed above.
